USA: VOA dismantling ruled unlawful in RSF lawsuit
In a judgment of a suit brought by RSF, Judge Royce Lamberth ruled that Kari Lake was unlawfully appointed as acting CEO of the USAGM, nullifying much of her actions in that assumed role, including the mass firings of hundreds of VOA journalists.
