💫 Highlights from an inspiring day at #GovSatCom2026 Our satellite monitoring solution, SkyMon, is deployed by Ministries of Defence to protect critical #satellite communications during times of conflict. It is also used to enhance Space Situational Awareness (#SSA) by leveraging RF sensors to collect and analyze signals from unknown satellites and precisely determine their orbital positions. 📢 During his speaker slot, our CTO, Erwin Greilinger, explored the challenges and opportunities emerging from today’s increasingly dynamic LEO landscape, including the need for real-time awareness, interference mitigation, and intelligent automation. He notably emphasized: "Monitoring of LEO constellations is becoming increasingly important as they are more widely used for critical communications by government and defense organizations". As the Independent Administrative Authority of #Greece, EETT is responsible for satellite spectrum issues, to benefit businesses and research and drive innovation in the field of electronic communications based on satellite broadband networks. Eviden's SkyMon monitoring solution forms the backbone of the project, providing an advanced and fully automated radio-frequency traffic monitoring system that enables monitoring of any satellite in GSO.
