uplb.tools is a group of UPLB students who build small, free tools for campus life and learn software engineering by shipping them.
Every tool is open source under MIT. The campus map data in Room TBA is published as open data under CC BY 4.0, so other campuses can fork it. UP Visayas, UP Baguio, and BulSU already have.
We do not sell data. There is no tracking beyond cookieless page counts, and ads stay off the interactive map. Hosting and contributor payouts are covered by donations.
New contributors learn on real pull requests, with code review, release cycles, and a good first issue queue. Walang entrance exam. Kung kaya mong mag-git push, kaya mong tumulong.
