Not only the failing tests, but also LeakChecker is reacting to MJIT compiler processes and it can also solve the problem. An orphan process that continuously spawns compiler processes could be seen as a harmful process for people unfamiliar with MJIT, but we would be able to rename the process to indicate it's Ruby's JIT compiler.
