Video header problem

Hi there, just a really simple one I hope. I’m looking to create a video header for site: https://mave.studio/
Problem I’m having is responsively retaining the aspect ratio so there’s no cutoff on the edges and 100% width & height are maintained. i have gotten as far as here: https://mave.studio/cc_hackmave-home_todelete/ which is resizing correctly but I’m left with a white border underneath the header content. Using Uncode premium theme and the support has been poor. Sure an experienced head can solve it in no time. Using this css to date:

Received a reply from the WP Theme support stating “Not sure, but sometimes an extra code snippet can conflict in video running functionality.”, can additional CSS prevent a video from playing. Appreciate any input
