Inspiration
Many people want to use AI chatbots, but building them is costly and complex. Most tools need coding skills and long setup time. We wanted to make AI easy, fast, and affordable for everyone — even non-technical users.
What it does
OPEQ is a no-code platform to create and embed AI chatbot widgets in minutes. Users can customize the chatbot, upload FAQs, and add it to any website using one script. Everything is managed from a simple dashboard.
How we built it
- Backend: Python + Flask
- AI: Google Gemini API
- Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Database: MongoDB
Users configure the chatbot, customize the design, and embed it using a single code snippet.
Challenges we ran into
- AI API limits and slow responses
- Keeping user data secure
- Making the platform easy for non-coders
- Handling multiple chatbots at the same time
We solved these using optimized API calls, secure data handling, and a simple UI.

What's next for OPEQ
We plan to add analytics, voice support, more integrations like appointment bookings, product stock and other details , and run real pilot projects to improve and scale OPEQ.
