I already have php working, but im not even sure where to start with MySQL, so if anyone could point me in the right direction that would be awesome. If you are using windows downlaod the SQLYOG which is a GUI based tool. www.sqlyog,com To start the mysql go to c:mysqlbinwinmysqladmin.exe You will see the srevice running in the task bar. You can also go to the command prompt and do this c:> cd mysqlbin c:> mysql -u root mysql> Once you are in the mysql prompt you can try the queries.
