radio buttons with user input?

Is there any way to make one of the radio button options free text?

 

such as

<input type="radio" name="browser" value="???">Type in your browser here:

A radio type does not allow this no, that would mean coupling a <input type='text' name='userinput' value='Your input here!' />

 

You can use javascript to make it so that if that radio isn't ticked, the text-input is not activated.
