Justin is a lifelong technologist who learned to write code before he could drive a car. He has worked in many different environments from a multi-billion dollar asset management firm to a leading SaaS company, a premier live event brand, and now right at home with Fueled. The one common element has been his love of applying clever and innovative ways to use technology and data to make it better, stronger, and faster.

From New York to London, Rameet is known as an expert in mobile design, startups, product strategy, e-commerce, and user experience. Through his leadership at Fueled and The Collective, The Summit Mountain Project and General Assembly, Rameet is an integral part of the global entrepreneurial community. He often speaks at schools and conferences on the topic of mobile and entrepreneurship, and contributes to publications like Forbes, VentureBeat, and The Next Web.

Jake has been crafting web experiences since websites became a thing in the 1990s. In February 2011, he founded 10up with a vision of a distributed, elite team that could build finely crafted, easy to manage websites on the web’s best content publishing system—WordPress.

Over the next 12+ years, Jake bootstrapped 10up to 300 full time staff working remotely from around the globe, serving clients like Salesforce, Hilton, Harvard, and Disney, shipping flagship projects like WhiteHouse.gov and Google’s Site Kit, and racking up dozens of prestigious awards.

Passionate about an open and sustainable internet, Jake shipped and funded free plugins and tools downloaded millions of times, and made 10up one of the largest makers of WordPress, contributing frequently himself. He has also been quoted in publications like Time Magazine and C|Net, a writer and reviewer for Smashing Magazine, taught web development at Boston University, and has spoken at conferences and universities around the country.

In 2023, Jake took on investors and merged 10up with renowned product and app design agency, Fueled, where he remains a Partner and significant shareholder.

Sarah Williams is the Chief Delivery Officer at Fueled, having been with the company for over a decade. After graduating with degrees in Communication and Technology from Cornell University and North Carolina State University, she worked in strategic and corporate communications in government, non-profit, and Fortune 500 settings, focusing on solving organizational challenges through creating a shared understanding of business goals and objectives, and establishing a fun and engaging company culture. Since joining Fueled, she has served in a variety of Project Management and leadership positions, leading cross-functional teams delivering websites for clients like ESPN, Thomson Reuters, Singtel, and Time Inc.

John came to Fueled in 2023 as part of its merger with 10up, bringing more than 25 years of experience in professional services agencies. He served as Chief Executive Officer at 10up since 2014, following roles as Managing Director at ISITE Design, Senior Director at Optaros, Director of Application Development at PixelMEDIA, and a Director / Principal Consultant at Molecular.

He has served clients from early-stage startups to the Fortune 50, as well as higher education and the non-profit sector. He’s been focused on open source since 2006, is one of the founding organizers of WordCamp Boston, and has given talks at many WordCamps and DrupalCamps, as well as numerous content management and digital strategy conferences.

He received a BA from Boston University, an MA and PhD from the University of Washington, Seattle, and an MIS from Northeastern University.

Ryan Martin is a results-driven financial executive with a strong record of leading finance teams in high-growth, investor-backed, and fast-paced environments. He excels at optimizing financial operations, supporting M&A activity, and guiding companies through complex strategic transformations.

Before joining Fueled, Ryan served as SVP of Finance at Tyto Athene, where he led the company’s financial strategy during a period of transformative growth and executed multiple successful acquisitions. Prior to that, at Cision, a global leader in PR and media software, he played a central role in more than 15 acquisitions, a public offering, and two private equity exits—demonstrating deep expertise in capital strategy, integration, and value creation.

Ryan is known for aligning financial leadership with business goals, building high-performing teams, and delivering results in dynamic environments.

Gabe Karp is the Senior Vice President of Commercial, where he leads Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Strategy. Gabe has a passion for helping clients harness strategy, design, and technology to drive business growth and he has spent his career guiding organizations toward their goals.

Bringing over 20 years of agency experience, Gabe has a proven track record of driving growth and leading teams across global markets. Before joining Fueled, he held leadership roles at 10up, Siberia, and Blue State. At Fueled, he spearheaded growth and delivery for the EMEA division. Gabe joined Siberia as a Partner, where he led the establishment and expansion of the agency’s European presence. He began his agency career at Blue State (later acquired by WPP) as a developer before advancing to lead the global project management team, overseeing the sales and delivery of websites and custom development projects across five international offices.

Gabe has worked with the likes of Google, American Express, AOL Hello Magazine and Malaria No More, as well as high-pressure political campaigns in the U.S., Mexico, Brazil and India.

Jessica Wagner is the SVP of Product and Design at Fueled, leading Product Management, Strategy, Design, and User Research. After graduating with a BA from Georgetown University, she started her career in management consulting where she learned the art and science of building the right product for the right people.

Since then she has worked at several digital agencies in NYC, partnering with clients from early-stage startups to large enterprise companies to create innovative experiences. Jessica takes products from idea to launch (and beyond!) in a way that delights users, boosts businesses, and drives transformative growth.

She has led teams to build mobile, web, and next-gen tech products for brands like Victoria’s Secret, Sixpoint Brewery, Clinique, SoulCycle, and Hamilton on Broadway. She believes in rapid prototyping, coffee after 5 PM, and strategically placed easter eggs.

Ajaka is a people and culture leader with two decades of experience spanning the education, nonprofit, and agency sectors. Currently serving as the SVP of People at Fueled, she has spent the past four years shaping and scaling People Operations, Talent Strategy, and Organizational Development. With a background in both mission-driven and fast-paced agency environments, she brings a unique perspective to building high-performing, inclusive workplaces.

A former educator, leadership coach, and learning and development specialist, Ajaka has led leadership development programs, guided organizations through transformational change, and built systems that support both individual and company-wide success. She previously coached senior executives in the education sector on people development, change management, and talent strategy, in addition to helping found charter schools and serving as a consultant for the Bhutanese Ministry of Education.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Maryland, a master’s degree in Special Education, and a SHRM-SCP certification. She is also credentialed in Instructional Design through the Association for Talent Development. An experienced facilitator, she has led professional development on topics such as leading effective teams, empathetic leadership, and the power of communication.

Phil has built for the web for nearly 20 years, with stints in engineering, product, customer success, sales, and back-office roles. A generalist at heart, Phil’s passion lies in crafting elegant solutions to challenging problems. When he’s not in the office, you’ll find Phil at the golf course, on an airplane, or experimenting with shiny new technologies.
