Multi-project build in which all projects build against the embedded Kotlin version

Multiple Kotlin based subprojects, all of them sharing the same version of the kotlin-gradle-plugin while being able to:

1. configure each KotlinCompile task on each subproject separately
2. configure all KotlinCompiler tasks from the top level project via an allprojects block
