Strengthening our DACH presence with esentri acquisition
The acquisition of esentri significantly strengthens Gofore’s position in the DACH region and broadens our expertise in digital transformation, from management consulting to cloud, data & AI and software development. With more than 110 additional experts in Germany, Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we can support larger and more complex customer engagements across the public sector, finance and manufacturing.
The acquisition implements our strategy to grow in our chosen customer sectors through acquisitions. It’s an important step on our growth path in the DACH region, where our size, customer portfolio, expertise, and delivery capacity will grow to over 200 experts and approximately 25 million euros in net sales, and we will be close to customers in all German-speaking countries in Europe.
