With the smart use of advancements in DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) our platform is designed to provide all tools necessary for easy deployment, configuration and management of custom CBDC networks and external financial systems.
As a Blockchain Lead you will work collaboratively with Developers and Product Owners in building and designing a blockchain-based architecture according to received requirements for an innovative CBDC based product.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Blockchain Lead you’ll be responsible for:

Leading the development team of a few people in order to deliver blockchain-based CBDC products.

Providing code documentation, diagrams and other required inputs to technical documents.

Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review.

Overseeing development of necessary code base in Node.js, Rust and/or other backend-oriented languages

Participating in a research process about traits, solutions, trends and security measures required for proper use of blockchain technology

Writing and helping to maintain automated tests

Identifying security risks

Providing accurate timing estimates on work

Maximizing system performance through proactive monitoring and ensuring reliability and availability.

Recommending infrastructure solutions to meet the business requirement in compliance with IT policy & procedure.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for the role will possess:

Proven track record of working as tech lead or similar role (1 yrs+)

Extensive knowledge of any major backend programming language (4 yrs+)

Previous experience in working with Blockchain-based applications (2 yrs+)

Previous experience in deploying enterprise-grade blockchain solutions on any major platform (Ethereum, Hyperledger, Polkadot, EOS, Corda etc.) (2 yrs+)

Willingness to learn and use the variety of different blockchain platforms

Comfortable in communicating and leading teams in order to achieve technical excellence

Comfortable setting up environment from scratch
