
Who are we?
We are a small diverse global team that’s revolutionizing the future of work. We were founded in early 2023 and have since built our closed beta, secured investment, and are now looking to build out a development team that will help us realize our ambition.
Our founder has extensive experience in the crypto/web3 space, having worked for a major Japanese cryptocurrency exchange and provided consultation to various dApps and corporations entering the crypto/web3 market.

A job marketplace that leverages the power of blockchain and AI to connect people with opportunities, provide thoughtful workflows to manage relationships, and enable users to build reputation based on verified work on the blockchain.
The Role:
As the ecosystem lead you will be working closely with the founder to build the future of work powered by blockchain and AI. You will have the opportunity to showcase the breadth and depth of your network, take on multiple responsibilities, and have input into our product and business. Because of our early stage, you will also have the ability to receive token incentives.
Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Joba founders to build out the ecosystem strategy and execute

Ability to stay abreast of the various narratives and apply them to the ecosystem

Partner relations and coordination: cultivate relationships with non-network partners. Ensure streamlined communication and coordination with these entities to promote mutual growth.

Provide a strategic perspective to product and engineering teams, delivering critical business insights and launching initiatives that impact the ecosystem

Project manage across internal stakeholders to execute on building incentive schemes to grow the network.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience working with founders, CEO’s, C-Suite executives

Worked for a blockchain protocol, cryptocurrency exchange, or experience managing multiple stakeholders in a cryptocurrency/blockchain organization

Excellent pipeline management and ability to prioritize across an expansive set of initiatives to maximize business growth

Excellent written and oral communication skills, as this role requires frequent communication to members of our team and commercial partners

Lived in at least 2 different countries, ability to remain neutral across varying perspectives
Nice to haves:

Has experience managing marketing campaigns and defining KPI metrics for growth
