This is the personal web site of John P. Reardon (a.k.a J.P. Reardon), that’s me. I am a product manager, user experience designer, technologist, generalist and dabbler in several hobbies. Most of these pursuits take place in and around New York City where I spend most of my time and happen to reside. If you peruse the site, you will find a lot of random posts. If you pay attention to the dates, you may see that there are sometimes long, long periods of inactivity. This isn’t because I don’t love you–my viewing audience, all two of you–it is because at times, I have little to say (of interest anyway*).

This site was born in 2003. Since then, It’s possible that I’ve found it more useful than anyone else. I frequently search through the archives for something that I know I wrote about. For that reason alone, its worth having a blog. If you don’t already have one, you should get one going–it’s free!

Big thanks to the fine people that maintain WordPress and Matthias Pfefferle for the SemPress Theme.

By the way, any opinions expressed here are mine and not necessarily shared by my employer, family or anyone else.
