Accompanying person:

There is a flat fee of 120€ (without VAT) for an accompanying person, which includes:

• Daily lunches on all conference days
• Social dinner events

Accommodation:

We have arranged special hotel rates for all participants of the conference during the event. Check the accomodation options.

Ticket payment:

Early bird prices are valid until April 26th, 2025. To benefit from the discounted rate, you must register by this date. After this date, standard pricing will apply, so make sure to secure your spot early to save on registration fees.

Based on your registration, we will issue you an invoice, which will be the basis for your payment. We will start sending invoices for registration fees to all registered participants from March 31st, 2025 onwards, with a payment deadline of 8 days. Please allow a few days for us to process your registration and issue your invoice.

Cancellation policy:

The deadline for free cancellation of conference registration is Monday, April 28, 2025. Cancellations submitted between April 28, 2025, and May 23, 2025, will incur an administrative fee equal to 30% of the registration cost. For cancellations received after May 23, 2025, up until the start of the conference, the full registration fee will be charged. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the provided email address [email protected]
