There’s no gas hookup. Climate control comes from 44 geothermal boreholes in a closed-loop system beneath the building. Rainwater is captured and reused. Solar panels cover the parking lot.
A dedicated well and an 80‑meter drainage trench ensure water is managed entirely on site. Carpet tiles throughout are carbon-negative, storing carbon instead of releasing it. The building breathes, adjusts, and runs on its own rhythm.

Yes, it’s entirely up to you. When registering (remotely or at the reception kiosk), you can:
- Give consent – your biometric data enables seamless, hands-free access throughout authorized zones.
- Withhold consent – your biometric data is anonymized, used only for essential security checks, and you won’t be personally identifiable.
Will I be safe in the building?
Absolutely. The building features real-time zone surveillance, intrusion detection, and automated security alerts. Plus, there’s our robot guard dog for an extra layer of protection.
Will my workspace be comfortable and healthy?
Yes. Smart systems continuously monitor air quality, humidity, lighting, and more, ensuring your workspace is both energy-efficient and optimized for your health and comfort.

Definitely. The building features zen zones, a yoga room, wellbeing spaces, terraces, and even a bistro with our own barista—perfect for recharging and unwinding.
Is parking available?
Yes, and it’s fully biometric. You drive in, the gate recognizes you, and you’re good to go.
Where is the building located?
The new Innovatrics HQ is located 15 minutes from Bratislava city center, right next to the Vinohrady train station, with a direct connection to city public transport.
