This license applies only to exclusive resources that are designed and published by Resource Boy. These resources are provided on a royalty-free basis and may be used in personal and commercial projects under the terms outlined below.

Please note that Resource Boy also curates and shares resources created by third parties (such as fonts, templates, and various graphic assets). These resources are not covered by this license, and their use is subject to the license specified on each product page and the terms set by the original creator.

Resource Boy Exclusive Products License

This license defines how exclusive products designed by Resource Boy may be used. Identifying exclusive products is straightforward: the presence of the Exclusive label in the product title and Resource Boy listed as the designer or creator indicate that a product is exclusive. Only products that meet both of these criteria are covered by the terms of this license.

You Can:

• Use these products in unlimited personal and commercial projects, including client work, without the need for additional permission.
• Edit, modify, customize, and combine the files according to your project requirements.
• Use the resources in websites, applications, digital products, printed materials, social media, and other outputs.
• Sell or publish the final project output, provided that the source files are not made available as standalone files.
• Use the files without mandatory attribution or linking back to Resource Boy (credit is appreciated but not required).

You Can Not:

• Sell, redistribute, or transfer the files as standalone items or as part of a bundle, even for free.
• Make the original or modified files available for download outside of a final project.
• Claim ownership, authorship, or design credit for the resources as your own or on behalf of a third party.

Prohibitions

• Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, or otherwise distributing Resource Boy exclusive products, even in modified form, is strictly prohibited.
• Uploading the files to download websites, marketplaces, or public or private repositories (such as GitHub, Google Drive, or similar platforms) is not allowed.
• Bundling Resource Boy resources with other files for free distribution or sale is prohibited.
• If you choose to feature or promote Resource Boy products on your website or platform, you must link to the product page on Resource Boy, not directly to the download file.

• Does this license apply to all resources on Resource Boy?
  No. This license applies only to products that are exclusively designed and published by Resource Boy. Other resources (such as fonts, templates, or assets by third-party creators) are governed by the license specified on their respective product pages.
• How can I tell if a product is exclusive to Resource Boy?

• Can I use these resources in client projects (Client Work)?
  Yes. You may use Resource Boy exclusive products in projects created for your clients.
• Can I use these files in my project and sell that project?
  Yes. You may use Resource Boy exclusive products in your projects and sell the final output online or offline. However, the files themselves, whether original or modified, may not be sold, distributed, or shared as standalone files. The resources must be part of your final design or product, not the primary item being sold.
• Can I edit or customize the files?
  Yes. Editing, modifying, combining, and customizing the files is fully allowed, as long as the final output is part of a project and the source files are not redistributed.
• Can I include the resources in bundles, archives, or download websites?
  No. Redistributing, selling, or sharing the files individually or as part of a bundle, even for free, is not permitted.
• May I upload the files to public repositories (GitHub, Google Drive, etc.)?
  No. Uploading original or modified files to public or accessible private repositories constitutes redistribution and is not allowed.
• Can I share direct download links to the files on my website or social media?
  No. If you promote or feature Resource Boy products, you must link to the product page on Resource Boy, not to the direct download file.
• Is attribution required?
  No. Attribution is not required, but mentioning Resource Boy or sharing the product page is always appreciated.
• If a third-party product license conflicts with this license, which one applies?
  For non-exclusive resources, the license provided on the individual product page and the original creator’s terms always apply. This license does not cover those resources.
