WHUS Radio is governed by an annually elected board of UConn students, the board sets and modifies the WHUS operating budget and writes and enforces policies.
The WHUS executive officer is the General Manager, and the chief financial officer is the Financial Manager.

WHUS Board meetings happen frequently and meetings are open to the public.
Fall semester board meetings are: Mondays at 5pm at WHUS.
