Suredash has allowed me to create a beautiful looking video subscription community, and it is improving with every new release – and offers great value for the price. I always appreciate the level of support from the Sure team and also the fact they listen to what users say. Keep up the great work guys – Suredash is going to be a powerhouse

I bought this plugin back in November 2024 expecting this plugin to be usable in the first half of 2025. That was not the case for me. I primarily use Divi, and it just so happened that around the same time as SureDash was released (as an Alpha), that Elegant Themes also launched Divi 5 Alpha. Great! An exciting new plugin and an updated theme! What could go wrong?! A lot. There was a lot of compatibility issues between the 2. Divi wouldn’t render SureDash content. SureDash wouldn’t load properly. A lot of annoying issues. I reached out to support to advise of the issues, to which I was told they would be addressed. I gave it some time. After a lot of frustration of being an early supporter of SureDash and not having a plugin that was compatible with the theme I was using, I voiced my concerns. Loudly. I understand that most of the people who use Sure products are not Divi users, and that I’m one of the few that does. Adam reached out to me so that we could get on the same page for expectations, which I really appreciated. He assigned some development time to address the compatibility issues I was facing. He didn’t have to do that – but he did. Navanath, one of the devs at SureDash, replied to my support ticket, and we were off. Within a few days, most of the compatibility and rendering issues were resolved. There are still some things that need to ironed out and fixed, but it’s now a somewhat usable plugin, and hopefully in the near future, it will be a fully-compatible plugin. Thank you so much to the team at SureDash for addressing these issues that I faced. I look forward to seeing SureDash evolve into an amazing plugin.

SureDash is the heart of my website. It came along at the right time – just as I was looking to set up my online learning platform. In combination with SureMembers, it does an incredible job allowing me to achieve the look and security I envisioned. Kudos to all those involved at creating and growing this product. I especially want to thank the support team and Suman in particular. They really have been available to help me every step of the way. The videos that Adam Preiser puts out are so great in reducing the learning curve and if there was ever something that was unique to my circumstances Suman and the Customer Care team did a remarkable job helping me. On a couple occasions, they even implemented my needs into their next product update. This absolutely remarkable customer service is very rare to find these days and I so very much appreciate their support. It really gives me confidence to make my website as good as it can be and stand out. I would encourage anyone looking to create a learning environment to use this product. Even though it is very new, I know the team behind it has the passion to make it the best one around. Thanks again Adam, Suman, and team.

I am obsessed with SureDash and the entire SureCrafted Ecosystem. I scoop up everything they create… SureCart, SureDash, SureRank, SureMembers and whatever else they will make! They work seamlessly together and the experience on my sites for my users/clients is amazing. I cannot recommend them enough.
