Hi,
We have released a major update for the plugin, so you should no longer encounter these types of issues.
Let me know if you’re still facing any issues with the plugin.
Thank you! Should it work as well in localhost? because I’m getting empty fields where the shortcodes are placed. Example:
<?php echo do_shortcode('[userip_location type="flag" height="auto" width="50px"]'); ?>
returns nothing, no errors though.

Hi @snippet24
I tested it locally on the default WordPress theme and it’s working! Could you please check again or use the “Query Monitor” plugin to identify what’s causing the issue?
Regards,
Sunny Kumar
Hi, query monitor doesn’t return any errors, maybe could it be related that I’m using the shortcode directly inside a page template?
Kind Regards

If you’re seeing blank values in the “Your Info” section, it likely means there’s an issue, most likely a CORS issue, causing this.
There might be a plugin or theme conflicting with the plugin. I need to check it, so could you please upload the backup and share the credentials to my personal email?
Hi,
Well is not completely blank; this is what im getting in the info tab, I deleted the above post because I think for localhost there’s no location, nor ISP nor coordinates I suppose? :
This is the information we’ve detected for your current connection. IP Address: 127.0.0.1 Location: ISP: Coordinates: , User Agent: ** deleted**
