    I don’t see it mentioned anywhere. Can you also add JS with this plugin, or is it only for CSS ?

    in realty is mentioned (hes name is “My Custom CSS“).

    this make static css file – and this file is called by meta link in header…
    then, yes, atm is just for css, sorry
