Enable Editor to Create New Shortcodes

Great shortcoder plug-in, love it! By default non-admin roles are not able to “create” new shortcodes. I want editors to have the ability to create new shortcodes as well as the existing “select” a shortcode.

Question: is there a setting within shortcoder where I can manage this access?

If not, my only option is to duplicate the admin role, reset the permissions to editor on everything except for shortcoder.
