HTML snippet breaks visual editor

    Hello,
    When I activate the HTML snippet plug-in, my visual editor goes completely blank (no toolbars or content visible). The text editor still works.
    In case it’s useful background, I am using the Qode Bridge theme, which includes use of the WPBakery Visual Composer plug-in.
    Thanks for any advice/assistance you can provide.
