[Plugin: JSON API] get all custom_fields

Hi,

I wan to fetch all custom_fields by JSON-API, but i can’t do this.
I see the custom_fields option but i need to specify the list in advance.

Can we have something like http://myblog.com/?json=get_recent_posts&get_custom_fields=true ?
