Problem after migrating site

Hi John,

we’re using your plugin for http://www.page19.com and have been very satisfied so far, so first of all a big Thank You!

We’re currently migrating our page to http://www.blinkist.com/page19 (using a reverse proxy setup) and after updating the plugin to the latest version, the custom CSS won’t load anymore.

I tried deleting and re-installing the plugin already, but it doesn’t help. It seems that the styles are loading (you can have a look yourself at http://www.blinkist.com/page19), but are not being used.

Would appreciate your help!
