Standardized post title format

Any individual post in r/adventofcode even tangentially related to an AoC puzzle must have a title in this format:

[YEAR Day # (Part X)] [language if applicable] Post Title

This helps folks avoid spoilers for puzzles they may not have completed yet.

Code block formatting

For code blocks and one-liners:

Use the four-spaces Markdown syntax, not triple-backticks or inlined code (single backticks)!

For inline code:

Inlined code is for short snippets of text only!

The pretty sidebar calendar is not functional on newest.reddit due to a Reddit bug that they still have not fixed -_-
