Wave offers a variety of resources to get the help you need.

Get help using Wave

If you need help using Wave, the Help Center and Mave, our automated support chatbot, are available 24/7 to all Wave customers.

You are also eligible for help from our support team in the business profile where one or more of the following applies:

You have set up online payments and your application was approved
You subscribe to payroll (including limited access)
You subscribe to Wave’s Pro Plan
You subscribe to receipts scan
Or, you have bookkeeping with a Wave Advisor

The Support Team is currently working through a high volume of requests for payroll disruptions and is resolving these issues at the earliest opportunity. As a result, chat hours have been temporarily reduced to 11 AM to 3 PM Eastern, Monday to Friday. We appreciate your patience.

Our Support Team is available Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM Eastern, and can be reached by email and live chat. The support team does not have an inbound phone line.

You can chat to support or submit an email request through Mave. You can access Mave through your Wave account in your web browser or the Wave mobile app.

Open Mave in the web version of Wave

Log in to your Wave account at waveapps.com. There is a chat icon in the bottom right corner of every page. Click this icon to connect with Mave.

Open the Wave mobile app, tap Dashboard on the bottom menu, then tap More at the top right. To connect with Mave, tap the ? icon at the top right of your screen.

Get a bookkeeper
