The Target Weekly Ad Preview 1/4 – 1/10 is 35 pages long, and is all about starting off the New Year with wellness in mind.

To start with, Vitamins and nutrition will be Buy One Get One half-off with Circle. In addition, select activewear, water bottles, fitness and bags will be on sale.

If you are a Starbucks fans, select products will be Buy One Get One half-off, including ground coffee, Instant coffee, and ready-to-drink.

There are quite a few additional BOGO deals in grocery, including select tropical fruits, Tropicana 46 oz orange juice, and more.

Target will also be hosting in store events geared around wellness products.

Upcoming Target Store Events!

Front of Target store

Target is starting off 2026 with a few store events! The first one is scheduled for January 3rd from 12 pm to 4pm and is advertised as being at ALL Target stores.

This event will be a giveaway of FREE samples from top wellness brands and there is a limit of one per guest. While the wording states the giveaway is for guests 16 years of age, I am guessing that Target forgot to add the word “over”! 

ADDITIONAL TARGET STORE EVENTS

On Saturday, January 10th, Target is hosting a Wellness Week Event. All stores should be handing out FREE samples of Good & Gather products from 12pm – 4pm while supplies last.

In addition, you can create custom-blended smoothies at select stores! I highly suggest calling your store in advance if you are interested in this activity to verify they are participating.

The last currently scheduled store event for January is on the 17th, once again from 12 pm to 4pm. Shoppers can get 20% off Embark or All in Motion Water bottles. Plus, there will be giveaways for stickers while supplies last.

If you are traveling or not sure which Target stores are close by, you can find Target store locations near your current location or travel destination.

The Target Weekly Ad Preview 12/28 – 1/3 is 31 pages long. Holiday clearance has begun with non-perishables 50% off and perishables 30% off. We should see another drop in a few days, but keep in mind the amount of clearance will vary from store to store. You can also shop online, just note that the percentage off is usually lower on line.

We so have some nice sales and deals coming next week – score a FREE $15 Target gift card when you buy $50 or more of select household goods. Even with no additional coupon, it makes for nice savings on bath tissue, laundry detergent and much more!

Target is also having a big clearance event that you can shop now. We should see even more clearance on Sunday, and of course, the big clearance on holiday food and merch on December 26th.

Copycat Whatchamacallit Candy Bar Recipe!

Have you ever had a Whatchamacallit candy bar? If you have, then you know how good they are! If not, basically it’s chocolate and caramel over peanut butter crisps. 

It’s a delicious combination, and you can make a copycat version at home that is even better! This version uses Peanut Butter Captain Crunch cereal as one of the main ingredients, with a marshmallow coating to give the candy bar crunch and texture.

You won’t need a lot of ingredients, and you do need to make the layers separately. However, the end result is well worth the few steps involved in making this Whatchamacallit candy bar copycat recipe.

These bars not only make for great desserts, but a nice pick me up in the late afternoon. Plus, it’s a fairly economically way of enjoying these tasty candy bars at home!

You could also gift these to a neighbor, take to a potluck, or just have a tray on hand for family game night. They are such a versatile sweet treat to make too! Just make sure to have some milk on hand :).
