Houston we have lift off ....

The boys learned how to launch rockets this week with Daddy and Uncle Vittee.It was fun to watch them get ready.

The girls even brought their little babies with them for the big show.

Fun With Uncle Vittee

Everyone ready for a jump?Well uncle Vittee was (not us). We were just ready to cheer him on.
Last Saturday we went up to Maine to a New England drop zone to watch Vittee jump in his wing suit.

We had fun just watching him go up and down (up and down and one more time up and down)

He landed safely every single time.

Let me tell you this place was busy. The plane went up every 20 minutes with tons of skydivers.

Vittee sure loves his hobby.

The kids were busy playing and watching other skydivers all day long.

I know I am missing Jo in this picture but hey three out of four is good right?

Harvest from my Garden

This year the girls have been a big help in my little garden. They helped me plant early in the spring and we all watched how all the different seeds started sprouting and. We are now getting to enjoy some of the fruit (vegetables) of our hard work.

I have no idea why but the summer squash has been out of control this year. I have been blessed so much I already gave away tons to my neighbors, friends and we eat summer squash almost daily.

(as you can see they are not small either)We did plant some flowers around the house.

Since we have been blessed in the squash department this summer we have been eating a lot of it lately. Here is one of the lunches we enjoyed this week and it was a big hit.
