Lately it feels like time has moved so fast...
Cash repeats everything we say and then some :)He forms complete sentences and is so full of things to say.
Avery is quite possibly the most beautiful thing I've ever seen.
I know I'm bias but can't help it :)
Cash and I both have been sick these last few days. It's been hard dealing with everything by myself while Harley's been away. You never really realize how much you miss and love something until it's gone for a while :(

Today The Meyer family is burying Leos ashes in Nebraska.
I really wanted to be there but, current circumstances wouldn't allow it.
Leo was one of the greatest men I've ever known...or that a lot of people have ever known. I feel privileged to be married to his son who is one of the kindest, loyal people I know...
Life teaches us lessons all the time...I think sometimes we need to take a step back and focus on what's going on around us in that moment and just enjoy what's being placed before us. Whether it' something that's bringing us joy or sorrow every moment is a gift and given to us for a reason no matter what emotion is attaching itself to it.

After working in health care for 7 years I can attest to the power of laughter and know that time is the only thing that can bring us to find laughter in the most awful situations.
