We want to bring people together in a safe and and inclusive way. The recent pandemic has taught us some measures that can help to achieve this.
Since we cannot predict how the situation will be at the event date, the rules & guidelines below may change. We guarantee however, that the rules will only be strengthened, and never weakened.
Below are the current rules & guidelines for our event:
- We strongly recommend that everyone who attends the event onsite be vaccinated against COVID-19.
- We request that anyone sick or experiencing any cold/flu-like symptoms stay home for their own safety and the safety of others.
- We encourage you to to test yourself for COVID-19 before attending the event.
Furthermore:
- Free FFP2 masks will be available at the registration desks.
- All rooms will be ventilated regularly.
