SUNDAY PHOTO SHOOT

 Yesterday after church my friend Kristine was nice enough to come over and take some pictures of our family in the snow.  Since we had such a snowy weekend I thought it would be a good time to try and get a Christmas card picture.  With a (little) complaining from the kids and a (lot) of complaining from Mike, I was glad to get some cute pics :)  Thanks Kristine for being an awesome photographer!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

VETERAN'S DAY PROGRAM

 Rachel had an Olympus High concert choir performance up at the U of U on Saturday night in the Huntsman center.  There were 8 Highschools that participated.  It was a neat program of music and speakers to help honor the Veterans.

 

 

 This was the flag that was displayed yesterday on a VERY snowy Veteran's Day!

WINTER IS COMING...

 Sadie and Will had a great time playing in the snow this morning.  The first snow fall is always so exciting :) I'm not sure our poor trees feel the same way since they haven't lost all their leaves yet.

COTTONWOOD CROSSING

 This year I took a permanent crossing job at Cottonwood Elementary.  I am LOVING it.  Yesterday was a pretty crazy crossing day with the rain and then snow.  I love my spot.  The kids I cross are SUPER nice and it is fun to see them everyday. The nice thing about where I cross is on days like today I just sit in my car and wait for the kids to cross.

CABIN IN THE FALL

 Last weekend since the kids had Friday off school because it was the end of the term, we decided to got up to my parents cabin with them and spend a few days.  It was so nice and relaxing.  We were so glad to  get one more trip in because after being up there and seeing all the leaves gone off the trees it made us realize that WINTER is coming and...

I am SOOO not ready for the snow :(
 

 

 

 

 

 

 This deer was so funny.  If you look really closely it has a bunch of weeds and stuff on its head.  We laughed so hard when we saw it.  Made my day :)
