Mail call!

Image
Noah is having a blast in Kindergarten. This week, his class did a Community Helper project. Each student had to dress as a community helper, do a 1-2 min. presentation in front of the class. and build a "building" for their community called "Kinderville". With help from Goodwill and the local post office, this is our mailman. : ) The post office is pretty cool, too (a diaroma made from a shoe box).

What a pretty boy!

Jonah is 10 months old now. Where has the time gone? I feel like we just blinked and he isn't a tiny baby anymore. He thinks he's just as big as his brothers and is always right in the middle of wrestling, car racing, or trouble. With each boy, we've had a new adventure. Our adventure this week included a trip to the pediatric dentist (never knew such a character existed). Jonah has a strong aversion to diaper changes (no time to slow down!) and tried to bail off the changing table. He knocked his left front tooth loose. I thought we were going to lose the tooth and have a snaggle-tooth boy for the next 5 years. Even though it's loose, the dentist seems to think it will tighten again. It did move forward a bit, though. We call him "Buck" now. Always an adventure with these monkeys!

Ahoy matey!

I have pictures of all 3 boys eating lasagna at 9 months. I think Jonah is the cleanest!

Too cool for school!

Luke and Jonah wait patiently while Mommy snaps lots of photos on Noah's first day.

Ready to go!

Each day begins with the whole school meeting in chapel. They say the pledges, practice their memory verse, and have a Bible story. At the end, they sing and then it's off to class!

Noah's classroom

There are 11 kids in Noah's class. His teacher, Ms. Penny, likes to play games and he is very excited about that!

First Day!

Image
Today is Noah's first day of Kindergarten! He looks like an executive businessman in his school uniform---complete with khakis, polo shirt, and a new big boy belt "just like Daddy's". He was so excited!

Fuzzy Hair!

Jonah is 6 months old now. Where has the time gone? He does not lack for entertainment in his life. His 2 older brothers always keep him laughing and he keeps us smiling. : )

Peek-a-Boo

Luke has no fear! Noah found this turtle while hiking in "the woods" with his Uncle John David. Luke was not afraid to get up close and personal with it.

Happy Family!

Image
Our church has an Easter tradition with this cross. Every child brings a flower to "Flower the Cross", representing the beauty and renewal of Christ's resurrection. It's a good photo op, too! : )

Ready to go!

Easter 2006

Here are the few Easter pictures we could get. One thing I've learned so far.....boys aren't really into picture-taking (it means you have to be still!).

Whatcha Talkin' About Willis?

Image
Luke LOVES his baby brother. He's just not very gentle in showing that love. Jonah is probably thinking, "Please don't poke me in the eye again!" Luke is very into identifying body parts right now and he'll say, "EYE", as he pokes his finger in Jonah's eye. Then, he moves on to "nose" and "mouth" if we don't get there to rescue Jonah fast enough. Jonah will be one tough guy!

Jonah--5 weeks old

Image
Image
Jonah is 5 weeks old now. He is such a good little baby. He's sleeping 6+ hours at night and smiling all the time. I couldn't get him to smile for the camera, but we'll get one soon. He weighs 11 lbs. 13 oz., which makes his mommy proud! He's a chunky monkey and we love him so much!

The Christmas Card Photos You DIDN'T See!!

As you can imagine, trying to photograph three boys for our Christmas card picture this year, was an adventure! Noah and Jonah were very patient and cooperative. Luke, on the other hand, is going through the "when I see a camera, I run" phase. Fun, fun, fun!
