SMART PHONE SPRING CLEANING TIME...

so i was looking through my

cell phone tonight and

realized that there are a lot of pics on there

that i haven't even posted

to

FACEBOOK!!!

(gasp)

some i have,

but there were some that i hadn't done

anything with.

so in the tradition of

spring cleaning

i am cleaning out my pics on my phone.

so here are (mostly sam)

HOWEVER

he just had most of his hair cut off

and he actually looks adorable

up to no good

but adorable

(yeah my living room looks like that 90% of the time)

he will absolutely fight through sleep

even when exhausted he still plays

a little blury but sam has found his thinking spot

i swear i did not put him in time out

he's ready to play ball

sam thought he would go plow the fields for a bit

he's a hard working toddler

i just love them.

well there has been a little bit

of what's been going on in our life the past couple of weeks.

it's been fun to get out in the nice weather.

HERE'S TO THE NEW YEAR....

so it is a new year

2012

that is just crazy to me.

if you would have asked me back when i

was like 10 what 2012 would be like

i would have never guessed...

well...

pretty much the same.

well....

better fashion and

more electronics

but alas..

no flying cars.

i tried making some kind of a new years resolution

but couldn't really come up with any.

give up soda..

eh.

that one's blown.

get in shape?

eat right?

that's stuff i tell myself everyday.

so the only thing i could really come up with is

organize.

i want my house to be organized.

and finish painting the places in my house that i want painted.

no more swatches decorating my walls!

anyway, sam is starting the year off with a bang.

he is a running fool.

not the most graceful of runners

but that is to be expected from someone who just learned to walk a couple

months ago.

he is getting more teeth,

which is awesome in the grand scheme of things.

however wreeks havoc on his poor little body.

he still has an affinity towards animals in all forms...

he loved the goats

he was cracking up at the monkeys

and he really liked the stingrays.

when one would touch him he would just squeal!!

of course he loved the horses.

and kept running up to the goats and then he would

give them hugs.

we just had to watch what end he ran up to.

and just being an all around goofball.

this age is so much fun.

the most fun is seeing his little personality emerging.

which he has an excellent personality.

he cracks up at everything!

it's fun to pass down things.

he's just the greatest!

so much fun

this is going to be a fun year

Deck the halls...

well the holiday's have come and gone

and this year was the best in a long time.

not to say i don't enjoy

CHRISTMAS

every year.

it is my absolute

favorite time of the year.

but this year was so much

fun!!!

sam was a blast

he loved all the lights,

trees,

treats,

and presents.

but this year he got a lot of new things,

seeing as his birthday was only a week before CHRISTMAS.

anyway,

i was very very very sad to see the holidays

end this year, and am really looking

forward to all the years to come.

there are some pictures,

unfortunately we were so busy

this whole holiday weekend

that i didn't even take my camera with

me to all the festivities!

so there aren't very many pics of

actual CHRISTMAS day

but here is what i got:

we went to see the zoo lights!

i love the zoo lights

they encorperate everything i love

animals

and CHRISTMAS!!

this is my favorite tree every year!

sam and i went with our

good friend jill

to see the temple lights.

it was freezing and in between rain storms

so it was perfect because there were hardly any people there.

bundled up

sam was totally excited about all the lights.

CHRISTMAS day was so much fun

everytime sam would open a gift he got so excited!

sam thought it was too early for me to be so excited

it was an awesome CHRISTMAS

and i can't wait to do it again next year.
