Thanksgiving: November 24 and 25, 2011

On Thursday we had a wonderful Thanksgiving lunch at Cracker Barrel in San Marcos.  We were joined by Reid, Mom, Marc and Martha. 

After lunch we went back to Martha's house and tossed the softball (Here are the pictures from Matt's phone I had promised!)

The next day we got up and headed to Dad's for another good meal and a "Cornhole"/Beanbag toss tournament.

Gaylord Hotel-Dallas 11.14.11

The week of November 14th I was in Dallas for my annual training with KPMG.  Our first night there we went to the Gaylord Hotel and Resort to see "ICE", their annual ice sculputure exhibit!

This game marked the return of the WHOLE Corps block T!  They hadn't done it since the 50s I think it was!  Awesome!  Not sure that it will be at every game from now on, but a cool thing to see!

Another fun fact about the game was that "Manny" the kid from "Modern Family" was in the audience, he is apparently from B/CS!  Who knew! 

 I think this new O'have wedding 12th Man towel had A LOT to do with the Aggies blowing out Kansas that day!  We of course sent the newlyweds this picture too!

This weekend we had the privilege of being a part of Nick and Cassie's wedding!  The wedding was beautiful and the reception was a blast.  Here are some pictures from the night!

Ok this was the coolest!  Let me explain, so the party favor/grand exit was everyone waving 12th Man Towels that ALSO said Nick and Cassie's wedding and the date, such a cute idea.  I, of course, thought this was the coolest idea EVER!  and as we were grabbing out towel said "ohhhh I wish we would've thought of this."  To which Cagney responded, "thats what you get for going first."  haha good point :)  Loved it!

Ashley said this was the only time I'd see her t sip self (she of course didn't say t sip) holding anything A&M...so we have to caputre this.  She looks like she is having fun to me with it!  I think she's got it down.

and there they go!  Also I'm convinced that is the same sweater Kate Middleton wore after her wedding.  So cute!

Congrats to Nick and Cassie!  We are beyond excited to see where God takes you and we are glad it is to Houston for now :)  We can't wait to hang out more!  Yall are more than perfect for eachother and so much fun together!  Love you both and all our friends we got to hang out with this weekend!  We just love getting to spend time with all of you and miss yall who we don't get to see nearly enough!  Hope to see you all again soon!
