ode to allis

this is ali. i have decided to dedicate this blog post to my dearest bff allis.

my friend allison is quite the character. you never really know what to expect from her. she is very multi faceted. allis is a genuinely kind person. one thing that i love about her is that she will always tell you whats up, she doesnt talk about people behind their backs, she will always tell you if she has a problem with you--or if she feels uncomfortable about something. i definitely admire her for that. she is rarely judgmental. something i tend to have a little problem with... she is always teaching me knew things, and keeps me in line.

allison is quite the beauty. holy crap. seriously. she is always sooo pretty. everyone loves this picture too. like heart attack. i dont blame them--its freaking awesome. not only is allison beautiful, she helps to make other people feel good about themselves as well, and is so selfless in doing so. that sounds weird, but she has spent so much time helping others using her talents. including make up, hair, waxing, basically all things awesome. she has never had a problem with waxing my eyebrows, she actually enjoys it more than i think a person should. that is just one example of allison putting others first not only in that part of her life but with all things.

allis and i are the greatest of friends. i feel so blessed to have a friend like her, and we couldnt have come together at a better time. seriously. we always talk about how freaked out we are that we just fit so well. weirdest thing of our lives.
well im not used to blogging on my own, and its kinda freaking me out, so ill probably end it at this. there are so many more things about allison that are awesome, maybe one day ill hit on a few more.

bored and solem.

this past weekend was a pretty good one, but both of us were not really in the mood for going out. we even attempted going out, and being productive-by going to bombay house...
as you can see we ended up at allis'...
doing this. ha ha. we tried to get something productive done we promise! but it just didnt happen. we witnessed some really awesome little wayne vids on youtube though.
oh and our newest favorite little weezy song is "see you in my nightmares" with kanye. if you havent checked it out. do it now. lil wayne goes wild in it. so classic.

sorry we have not posted for a while. we have been busy making bears. teddy bears. stay tuned to know how it goes.

boyz

so we have been planning for a while to be boyzzz for a night. well that night was last night. it was fantastic. we had scruff, nasty greasy hair, real boy jeans, boys shirts and jackets, beanies, deep voices, it was pretty legitimate. we lasted about an hour before we realized we were really ugly as guys, and no one really cared about us. either we were really good at being boys.... or just completely nasty. overall it was a learning experience... we decided we like being girls best.

bookstores and not so scary movies

borders is our favorite. we go gather up a random assortment of magazines and books and go to the corner in the children's section to look at them undisturbed. everyone should try it out. except don't go to our corner. find your own.



also this weekend we went to see the haunting of molly hartley. this was a no-go. not scary but if you have a good sense of humor you might be able to enjoy some good laughs. we, as jumpers, only jumped a total of once. however, any activity involving chase crawford you really can't go too wrong with. overall the night was pretty great.

halloween

moooove - ah! - get out the way!
so halloween happened the other weekend. our costumes were quite amazing. depending on who you are we were either assassins, bond girls or charlie's angels type things. allis wishes we were protectors of the underworld. but ali and cathy would not have that. anyhow, tell us what you think we were. since the uvu dance bombed and we didn't even go in we eventually ended up at our fave place! spark! and it was good. the end.

did you ever wonder how we met? in case you did, read on to find out the d's.
well you see i know a boy on a mission and ali knows a boy on a mission. turns out their both in the same mission and also we suspect they may be gay lovers. but that's a whole 'nother story. Anyway, we pretty much met over the internet. only because ali's friend told her to add allis on facebook. and the rest is history. . . . it was friendship at first sight. it went from dinner at macaroni grill to crafts real quick (we bond over crafts). we ended up making beautiful tie dye shirts for ourselves and our man friends complete with secret messages on the inside. oh, and we kinda took a jillion pictures of ourselves and found it is something we both find quite entertaining. and now we're bff's. hooray.
