Sim’dorei Screenshots

Aeramin and Imralion’s new house in the Ghostlands needed to be built. I also wound up playing a bit.

Sim’dorei Screenshots – Moving into the New Home

Sim Lani and Sim Morty have moved into their new home, along with Sim Vaildor.

This is totally how they kiss when they’re somewhere they could be seen.

Vaildor loves ice cream almost as much as his brother loves cake.

Lani and Vaildor learn to roller-skate at the summer festival. Vaildor insisted on going.

Morthorn took Vaildor on a rollercoaster. Morthorn looks likes he’s having fun, but I’m not so sure about Vaildor. Way to scare the kid, Morty!

Of course, he took Lani too.

She’s just so happy. He is too, just making a funny face in this picture!

Sim’dorei Screenshots – A New Building in Town

Lani is working on a new building, so I figured I would put it into my game as well. It includes both her office and Morthorn’s, as well as their own living area in back.

Sim’dorei Screenshots – Life at Fairsong Academy!

I’ve been playing the Sims 3 again. I finally managed to find a cheat that worked to increase the maximum household size to be more than 8, which is what I needed to put the students and staff into the Academy. Finally, the house gets to be used!

Terellion makes a face, in his underwear, and bunny slippers. But in all seriousness, I do wish they would get dressed before coming down to eat in the morning. Why isn’t there a setting or something for that? Also, this is Terellion v.1 He’s been changed a bit since. His hair changes a lot because nothing matches his style in WoW.

Sim’dorei Screenshots – Fairsong Academy, The Magister’s Room and the Attic

The last rooms! The attic is accessed through a door to a small stairway up, near Xarola’s room.

I’m lacking the overview, but there are two bedrooms in the attic. There is also a bathroom.

The Magister’s room is located down a small hallway near the dining room stairs.

Looking inside the room from the door to the hall, directly north. This part looks a little bare yet, but he does have a nice pile of decorative pillows. Around that corner is his desk, next to the bathroom door.

Moving out into the middle of the room and looking back toward the entrance. The magister’s bed. There’s supposed to be curtain’s on it. He sleeps with them closed.

He has a little nook for his fireplace. He likes to read here. The crib for Rylad has ICly been moved to his sister’s house.

The other side of the room has a daytime reading area, and a balcony that overlooks the gardens and the sea. That’s totally the sea out there. I really wish the Sims 3 had better terra-forming options.

And lastly, the Magister’s bathroom. I like the dragon sink.

Sim’dorei Screenshots – Fairsong Academy, Student Rooms

Student (and dragon) rooms highlighted.

On the southwest corner of the house is Maerista’s room.

Overview of Maerista’s room, while it is one of the smaller rooms, it comes with its own bath.

Sim’dorei Screenshots – Upstairs Guest and Unused Bedrooms

Unused rooms and guest rooms.

On the western side of the house are two small rooms which used to be servant rooms. One of them is now locked and haunted. The other was used temporarily as Terellion’s bedroom, but is now vacant again.

Near the center of the house is a larger guest room with three beds in it. Sath recently stayed in this room. He didn’t have to share it with anyone.

On the eastern side of the house, there are two more guest rooms.

This is the room that Isandri recently stayed in.

Sim’dorei Screenshots – Fairsong Academy, Upstairs Hallways and Baths

Upstairs hallways, linen closet, and shared bathrooms.

Starting on the western side of the house, this is the hallway, looking south. The room at the end of this hall is Maerista’s, and the first door on the right is Terellion’s old room. The second door, between the two rooms, is locked as the room is haunted.

The same spot, but looking north to the hallway leading to the master bedroom. There’s a bunch of plants just outside the door.

Just around the wall on the right are the stairs leading down to the dining room. The door in this shot leads to Desdeyliri’s room.

Moving further east. The first doorway on the left leads to a smaller room with some shelves… and three other doors, one on each wall. Each door leads to another room! Renner’s room and Keyalenn’s room are through the arch. The other is a guest room. The second doorway on the left leads to the stairs to the attic, and the third is Xarola’s room. The two doors facing this camera angle are guest rooms and the door on the right is a bathroom.

Outside the western guest room, looking east. Ignore the elevator. It’s not really there. (My sims appreciate it though!)

There is an open area, and a spiral staircase leading down to the entrance room.

Bathrooms are hard to fit in and get nice screenshots. Here’s the one next to the western guest room. (It’s the one Aeramin likes!)

Sim’dorei Screenshots – Fairsong Academy, Other Rooms and Outside

The rest of the first floor rooms are currently unused, except for storage. This includes the two rooms off the east hall, and the grand ballroom at the end of the east hall. I guess I included the bathrooms when I highlighted!

So here is one of the bathrooms. It’s the one closest to the entrance.

The other two rooms. I somehow lost the overview, and they’re both supposed to be used for storage, but as you see, one is empty. I think the previous owners must have had some pretty crazy interests! Screenshot-875

There is a path leading around to the side door, and the garden in back. Just pretend it’s by a cliff by the sea. The pond makes it easier, right?

The second classroom and teacher’s study.

The northeastern corner of the house has two freshly cleared rooms that are to become a second classroom and teacher’s study. Here, specialized classes for frost and fire magic will be taught.
