Rıza Alp Güler
I work on computer vision with a focus on geometric perception and generation of humans. I currently lead 3D Humans efforts at Snap Inc as part of the GenAI org. Previously, I was a post-doctoral researcher at Imperial College London. I co-founded Ariel AI (acquired by Snap) to bring my research ideas to products that reach beyond academia. I hold a PhD in applied mathematics and informatics from INRIA and École Centrale Paris.
From January 2026, I will be joining the Department of Computing at Imperial College London as an Assistant Professor. I am looking for PhD students, see open positions.
