Welcome Etta!!

6 weeks old now, pushing 5 lbs, an adorable and thankfully healthy little girl.

I almost put this picture with the proud uncle first...but thought I better give the parents their due :) And while I think all my Seattle friends have had adorable kids in this recent baby boom.......they don't quite compare to my niece. Funny how that works :) But I like it!

This picture will be changing very soon. Etta will hopefully be home soon!

This years traveling running event was to Indianapolis Indiana for the Countries largest half marathon. A great long weekend with new and old friends.

That good post race feeling! (And excitement I can now go eat whatever I want!!)

It was my most enjoyable race yet, I was happy with a 1:41:44. By far the slowest start I've ever had due to crowds, a 9:11 first mile. But an increasingly negative split from mile 3 on made it the most enjoyable yet.

Relieved to be done, a fun afternoon to check out the town. And an evening potluck put on by our hosts that I do not have pictures of!
