I promise to start something

days fly by as usually

I sleep and regret later

lakes and ponds
shrinking rivers
full of garbage and plastics
despite
everyone knowing
the importance of water
few are paying attention
doing good work
but what the others are doing
simply waiting for an Avatar
to rectify
their misdeeds

By telling a lie
To support it

Why not tell the truth

thin as a wafer
they called me
made fun
you will fly if we blow

they all have become a sack of flour
