Oh, hey, it’s me again. I said I wanted to conquer Blaugust, but after missing a day, I lost my motivation, LOL (which is funny because it’s motivation week!). But you know who was there to comfort me? Fanfiction. Yes, I’ve mostly been focusing on the FESTA these last few days after my stumble. I’m not sure how many more Blaugust posts I’ll be sharing (I KNOW, but I get sad when things don’t go my way, haha), but that’s ok. I’m still writing, somewhere~

Yesterday, I engaged in some commenting discussion, but after writing what I had to say, I kind of felt off? I like to make more serious content, yes, but I prefer doing silly and positive types of posts more. I started typing up this post sometime last week, scheduled it, and then put it back in my drafts. I briefly talked about feeling pressured while writing posts this month, mostly at my own doing. I knew I was going on a week-long trip, but I still didn’t plan things accordingly. The comment post I ended up writing was rushed, haha. I’m glad it ended up back in my drafts, especially after I reread it and found it wasn’t going where I wanted it to.

I thought of this post while half-asleep. I know a lot of us get ideas when we’re in the shower or already curled up in bed, but has this happened to anyone before? For some reason, recently, I’ve found myself doing a lot of my “brainstorming” (and sometimes even drafting?!) when I’m between sleep. My brain just won’t shut off! Which is probably a good thing tonight, as I am trying to (once more) save my streak. I plan to do something about this last-minute writing starting tomorrow (aka. it’s time to work on Blaugust at a local cafe, hehehe)

I’ve been questioning this for a while now, but HOW DID I BLOG BEFORE! This week I’m out of town, which means I’m actually socializing and it made me “realize” something. Actually, I sort of already knew this before, but it’s really hard to juggle free time, IRL, other hobbies, AND a blog (especially when you’re trying to do a 31-day challenge).
