 have had a few days babysitting children on sick days this year...  what better fun  than playing with a slinky  up and down the stairs!!  the view from a window   the corn field next door  hmm...why did I take this ??  Grandparents Day was different this year All in all a bit of a different view of life lately. Not so many trips to the beach lately. And awful bush fire weather too. May God go with us all this week!

I never did get to download those photos of Italy from the phone... one day I will...sorry Never mind. It has been good to get back to the beach...  Always enjoy the afternoon setting sun...   BANKSIAS at the beach and always enjoy getting to the beach...in between invasions of tourists!!  Good to get back to the blog and taking some photos too!! More soon I hope!

well, that wasn't very successful trying to transfer a photo from fb to blog hmm...back to the drawing board. As you might guess I was in Trieste Italy  for a short while with some family members. Great fun. More photos to come!!

  went to a Biggest Morning Tea at the village...where we raised over a thousand dollars for breast cancer research...   one of the men did these wonderful flower arrangements for the tables   and it was a much nicer day at the beach!!  the Banksia above and Panadanus below are always fascinating local native flora... Hope you are having a good week..wherever you are!  May God be with you!!

  oops...an out of focus photo of the beach apartments...  the beach was visited on a rainy dreary day...  we have had many of them!!   above, one of my favorite puzzles!!  and a sweet potato was found in the cupboard...a little out of control!! love the petunias at this time of the year...very cheerful...
