Trick or Treat
We had dinner and headed out! Auntie handed out candy at our house, The Greil’s came with us and the White’s for a bit, Uncle Chris, Nana, and Uncle Jimmy too! So much fun. Tony went out on his own with some buddies. All was well. Little Joe G. is 2 and he said thanks you a million times as he walked away from the doors…just melted my heart! Joe was all business and Nick yelled Happy Easter to all! We ran into a teenager wearing a carrot and Nick chased him around a car four times while we all laughed it up! Joe was a spy, and Tony was a candy man…

Happy Halloween
I did a quick little craft with Joe’s class and then came home and started preparing for an evening of fun! The boys came home from school and bobbed for apples, ate donuts without using their hands(and the dogs did too) Now it’s time to prepare for the walk…

Carving pumpkins
“I would rather sit on a pumpkin and have it all to myself than be crowded on a velvet cushion.” ~Henry David Thoreau

Uncle Jimmy, Auntie, Nana and Uncle Chris joined us for a little pumpkin carving this night before halloween. We had to speed carve and that still wasn’t fast enough because Nick and Tony had to go to a Boy Scout meeting to get a million things signed off. We didn’t finish all 19 pumpkins but luckily tomorrow is a short day and We shall carve on!
Pumpkins we grew
Back from a campout
Nick, Tony, and Hubba came back from a campout today smelling like campfire! They enjoyed a 6 mile hike and did some service work. Hubba taught an orienteering class….the boys played chess one night, and then played with a glow in the dark frisbee, told ghost stories. Nick helped his buddy Harrison make dinner and a breakfast. It was a wonderful campout.

10 points
Joe was on fire 10 points most in the final quarter of the game. So fun to watch

After I took him to a birthday party sleepover—he went to a junior college football game and went to the movies too!
School Pageant
I snapped a picture of Joe before the school halloween costume pageant. He was Dracula for this and a spy for the big day!

He had a good time. After school we went to the fall festival, then football(they won), then back to the fall festival….a busy exciting day!
Game & Science
Tony had a volleyball game yesterday and he played really well. He still smiles when he plays every game.

and today he turned in and did an oral presentation on his science board

Bike Rodeo
Took pictures today for the school yearbook. Nick and Joe had a marvie time, Harrison joined in the rodeo fun!

Miguel’s Jr.
Thanks Miguel’s Jr. for offering free food while to are training your employees. I was pooped today from running around town and it sure was nice to not have to cook! Everyone loved their food. Uncle Chris joined us. The burritos are huge. Everyone had an adult meal except Joe and not one complaint!
