Apertre is Resourcio Community’s flagship 30-day open-source contribution program where learners, developers, and creators work together on real-world projects, guided by experienced mentors and project admins.

Across two successful seasons, Apertre has empowered 6000+ participants to contribute to 150+ projects, leaving a strong impact on India’s student developer ecosystem.

Participants contribute through tasks labeled Easy, Medium, Hard, gain points for each valid PR, climb a live leaderboard, and build a strong open-source profile.
Apertre is open to students from all colleges, all domains, and all skill levels — beginners are welcome too!

The program concludes with ResCon, an offline celebration with 600+ attendees, speaker sessions, demos, awards, and sponsor showcases.

• Quality of Contributions
  High-quality, readable, and meaningful contributions that follow project standards, solve real issues, and improve the codebase will score higher than simple or low-impact PRs.
• Complexity & Technical Depth
  More weight is given to challenging PRs—feature builds, major bug fixes, optimizations, or tasks requiring deeper technical understanding.
• Consistency & Activity
  Regular contributions, active participation, timely submissions, responsiveness to reviews, and steady engagement throughout the program influence scoring.
• Collaboration & Communication
  Respectful communication, teamwork, clarity in PRs/issues, taking feedback positively, and working well with mentors and project admins are evaluated.
