People Data feels like coming full circle for me. My background’s unusual: Computer Science meets Anthropology, with a PhD in Communications & Learning. I speak both data and human. I started in an AI lab thirty years ago, and now I’m, where my two passions converge: the analytical power of data + the human element of how we connect, learn and grow together.
I thrive on connecting with business leads and intentionally invest in Data Adoption -there is no impact without adoption-. I geek out on the latest AI developments, and I’ve learned the best projects start with the right human question.
I don’t pretend to get things perfect the first time. I dare to ask, I dare to learn, I dare to be wrong and I iterate. And yeah! I actually enjoy the process.
I’m proud of helping build workplaces where everyone belongs, human needs matter, and people genuinely enjoy what they do – because happy humans do amazing work.

I relish connecting diverse people and ideas to create sustainable communities that have a durable positive inpact.
I believe meaningful change happens when we activate human networks and empower people to grow together. Through mentorship, education, and cultural animation, from STEM workshops for children to setting up a community fridge-library in a park, from creating a short film to spark dialogue about the role of labor in the postmodern era to building a photoblog that documents the Castilian countryside, from mentoring women entrepreneurs to leading urban reforestation actions.
