Calling all Fashionista's for Langley's 7th Birthday!

We had lots of fun at Langley's 7th birthday party this past summer!  (She's not 8 yet...catching up on b-days and holidays here!)  This girl loves crafts, fashion, and dancing to music.  She's loved her fashion craft sets this year where she gets to pick out and design clothes and also loves twirls and runway walks, so she was so excited about this party and had fun planning it with me.  I remember the same tile fashion set with the black crayon that she loves so much now from when i was a kid!

We had fun with the decorations and she helped me make the invitations.  Found lots of cute black and pink stuff at the dollar store and a lot we already had on hand so it seemed really easy...yay!

 All the girls were gonna design there own fashions with Trash Bags!  We had a big table in the basement ready to go with lots of craft supplies.

We made a little backdrop for inspiration and gathered up some old scarfs, hats, ribbons, duck tape, etc. and the girls went to town!

They had SO much fun working away...little designers and all so creative!  Feathers were flying, tape was sticking, and lots of scraps laying around...it was like a real studio. :)  Greg wasn't sure what to do. I just told him to help them glue.  Lol. :)

They had fun with the Photo Booth.   I set my old, old camera up on the tripod and the girls could shoot their own pictures.  

Worked up an appetite for a little snack and some cake please.  We had popcorn, fruit, and cheese.  

Mason spent most of the party at his buddy's house playing, but he came back to sing and didn't want to miss the cake!

 Langley requested brownies and ice cream.

 After cake they did lots of dancing, run way walking, and twirling.  They loved the music!

They had to move the camera to get a few runway shots too.  And we had a couple photographers on site.  It takes a good team in NY.

I had so much fun with Langley at her party!  I feel like we were both in our happy place :) and it was lots of joy for me to have it for her.  Love you Langley Lu!!

Baby Dean 4 Months Old

Right around month 4 we had a roller!  Way to go Dean!

The little bit of calick he had in the beginning started to get much better as time went on and Dean was a happier little man.  Growing so fast!  

 He discovered his tongue this month and was always sticking it out goo-ing and gaa-ing.

 Dean loves the same little lovey that Mason used to love.  Mason still will try and grab it from him sometimes and say it is his!

Valentines 2015

These 2 had so much fun at their Valentines class parties. 

Mason picked out his shirt at Old Navy--we needed something red!  He chose this one over all the superhero ones!  Love him.

**Catch Up**Baby Dean 3 Months Old

I can't believe that baby Dean is already a year old and here i am just posting the 3 month pics!  I'm gonna try and play catch up the next few weeks...and hopefully get back to blogging our days around here mainly for this momma so that I can look back on all these great memories with our fam.  So here we begin... 

Such a sweet little one at 3 months old smiling so big!  Who knew i had this little train sweat tucked away from baby 'uncle' Todd?  Sure looks cute on Dean!

Tummy time isn't quite as miserable now!

Right around month 3, Dean took his first plane trip with momma for a fun-filled girls weekend!  He got to meet my besties from Jacksonville Mary Lauren, Natalie, and Liz.  Such a special weekend in Austin, TX for the If-Gathering.  What a great traveler you were and such an angel going with the flow.  They all thought you were the best baby!  I do think you were on your best behavior that weekend. :)  Wake for feedings and go right back to sleep and even went to dinner with us every night and slept in his carseat.  I don't have a pic but Todd and Carrie even came over from Houston to meet you and spend the day with you!  I remember the plane ride home being quite the adventure with lots of delays!!  Eeek!!  I was glad to have you home in your crib that night!
