The plan is to have a speedy recovery in both ROM  and strength while using isometric and isotonic concentric MET along with active assisted ROM exercises and to see how effective these two forms of MET  are when used in combination.
On second POD itself the ROM’s achieved are 85 degrees of abduction and 90 degrees of flexion (active assisted).

Currently admitted for physiorherapy for improving knee ROM’s.
On Examination patient still has pain in and around knee. ROM severely affected with just 20 degrees of flexion and 5 degrees of extension lag. There is a strong bony end feel in flexion.
