SLACKER

wow, I'm a slacker, I have mostly changed to posting things on facebook, but for you faithful blog followers, thanks! Jacob is now potty trained and Alex is not wanting his binky-only for sleeping! How fast these boys are growing. Alex is almost 17 months and Jakie will be 3 in a month. Craziness. We had an awesome Christmas and the kids and us were SPOILED for sure. Josh is in his last semester of school, unless he decides to do graduate school. We're still deciding what to do.

So, how fast things change. Last week Jacob was so grumpy and just a bear so on Tuesday I finally realized maybe he's sick. Sure enough he had an ear infection in both ears and croupe. He's a lot better now. Sunday I finally decided to take Alex back to the doctor after they said he was fine on Wednesday and he had a left ear infection and was getting pneumonia. They both are still on pretty strong meds and feeling much better which means I am too! Sick kids are a challenge that's for sure. Yesterday Josh was one of 300 people in the company to get laid off. We get 9weeks of severance though and insurance through this month and 3 months of pretty inexpensive Cobra. So keep us in your prayers-we need it!

MILESTONES!!!

First of all, Jacob has now been 10 days Binky free!-and is going to bed without trying to come out 10 times and crying himself to sleep (that only lasted 4 nights)! Last night Alex slept from 10:30pm-8:30am straight! YAHOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
