Happy Birthday!

Tomorrow is my baby's 15th birthday!  I can't believe that many years have passed!  He is such a great kid to have around...I think we'll keep him!  Carter always has something interesting to say he is sure to make you laugh! Carter is creative and very silly.  He does great in school and is a very responsible boy!  He is getting close to earning his Eagle in scouts!  He is all about technology...loves the computer!  We hope you have a wonderful birthday little boy!  I can't believe he can get his permit in 6 months!!??

It's a GIRL!!!!  Ben was right 6 for 6!  How does he do that? We are now officially the Brady bunch!  Boy girl boy girl boy girl!!

Summer

It feels like summer went really fast this year and I don't feel like we did all that much but boy I sure felt busy!  Here is a recap....

Bailey and only Bailey would have stepped on an exacto knife...Thanks to Aunt Cameo she was just fine!

Bailey and I started a tradition of getting pedicures for our birthdays since they are only 2 days apart!  This year Paige and Sage joined in the fun!

We drove all the way to Pennsylvania...again!  It was fun but such a long journey with 5 kids that I think we need a break for a while!  We loved getting to visit Tanner!!  He had just turned one and is such a sweetheart!

I don't think Nolan looked happy in any of the pictures but atleast they are all there!!!  We had a fun BBQ at Lynn and Cameo's for the 4th of July!  Nolan had 3 of his cousins for dinner and a sleepover for his 10th birthday!!! Somehow no pictures.  Then Jillene and her kids came up for the 24th weekend.  We had fun at the crafts festival...I saw Michelle!!  Then we went to the parade and had a BBQ at Rick and Jeanettes.  Oh I almost forgot, we got El Cupidos after the parade for lunch...a 5 year tradition now!!!  Nolan helped with irregation he loves it and Ray got his first sunburn.....

He never complained once!!  We spent the last full week before school starts at a condo in Scottsdale.  Jeanette came with her kids and one day we met Jillene and her kids and Grandma at Amazing Jakes.  They kids loved it!  Especially getting to hang out with their cousins all day!!

Bailey climbing the rock wall.  Overall we had a fun summer.  Bailey had cheer practice most days and we just hang out.  We had some plumbing issues...looking a little better now though but I'm frustrated with living in a house that is over 100 years old!  It is charming but as someone once told me "an old house is only charming when you have lots of money"!  I'm 17 weeks pregnant now and feeling a little better. Just tired and having lots of migraines.  Looking forward to the ultrasound to see if Ben is right again.  Also it was great to see Conny and Paul!  They leave for their mission on the 6th so good luck to them!!  They must be meant for the south!!

Schools OUT!!!!!

Yeah!  Schools is out and I'm so happy!  So are my kids!  I love not having anything to do each day!  Some days but not all and when school is in....there's always something to do!  Now we can just relax and enjoy the sunshine!  It was 71 yesterday and just right except for the wind of course which will hopefully die down in the next week or so.  I love summer!

Cheerleader!!

So Bailey has been working really hard on her gymnastic moves so she could try out for cheer.  She just found out Thursday night that she will be on the Snowflake Jr. High cheer squad next year!  Woo Hoo!  Way to go Bailey!  We'll see how excited she is when she has practice every day of her summer!

Mothers day!

We had a great mother's day yesterday!  I got a pressure canner, and flowers, and Ben made dinner.  We had deviled eggs, imitation crab, king crab legs, lobster tails, seafood salad, shrimp scampi, shrimp and veggie kabobs!  What a feast!

LIFE!!!!

Life seems so crazy right now!!  Ben is so busy with work, we are working on a new business, our new callings in church, kids, school, scouts, young mens, young womens, .........But at the end of the day through all the chaos I'm with my favorite 6 people in the whole world and that's all that matters!!!  We are planning a trip to PA in june.  Hopefully it will all fall into place.
       Carter is doing this dance festival thing where tons of kids learn all kinds of dances and have a big festival.  He seems to be enjoying it.  He will move onto high school next year!!  Wow!
     Bailey is still a social butterfly and is doing very well in school.  She did track this year and still loves the violin and bass.
      Nolan Nolan Nolan I don't know where to begin.  He loves to do projects and learn how things work but that child can not finish his chores to save his life!!  He is ready for summer and he enjoys scouts.  He and a friend are helping an older lady with yard work and are doing a great job!
       Miss Emm is almost done with joy school and will enter kindergarten this coming year.  She is all girl.  She is such a good sweet girl but she does get a little sassy here and there.  Her and Ray are super good buddies when he's not hitting her!!
       Ray is a non stop talker. Seriously he never closes his liitle mouth.  He is all boy....messes, dirt, trouble, fighting, He's crazy but is the sweetest boy in the world!  I love when he comes to sit with me and rub my arm.  Boy I love these kids!!
      Ben is crazy busy at work as always!  He is getting out 2 of his wisdom teeth today.  I don't know how he balances all he has going!  High Country Signs, White Mountain Sign Installation, E bay, Life Vantage, 1st counceller in the Elders Quorum, not to mention his family.  He feels stretched thin but is doing a great job because he has such a huge heart!!  I love this guy to pieces.  Life is good!

Happy Birthday to our sweet Emmerie! I can't believe she is 5 years old!  Emmie is such a good girl. So easy going and very helpful.  She adores her little brother and tells me she loves me like every 10 minutes!  I can't believe she will start kindergarten soon.  I will miss my little sweetheart when she's gone but she is so excited to go to school!  Have a super day today Emm I love you!
