We went to the Halloween concert at BYUI and were supposed to wear costumes. Since Kurt was Buzz and we had such an excellent Woody costume (thanks Daeg!) we decided to be the whole gang for the night. I threw together a few things I had laying around to "transform" Brandon into Bullseye and me into Jessie

We also visited a little pumpkin patch

I tried to get Kurt to help me clean his out again this year, but he still isn't a fan of the guts

At the church for trunk or treat

Fat cats had a little "party" with free bowling. Our little bowlers did not want to miss it.

Luke's been caught several times with a mouth full of candy. Today he was eating 2 suckers, at the same time! I guess he couldn't decide which to eat first...

We also had our traditional donut eating contest (with a few extra friends)

Grass Jumping

We live right next to and in front of a wheat/barley field. To prevent the mice from nesting in our long grass, we had to cut it super short and then rake up all the grass clippings. Did I mention that our house is on 1.25 acres? That's a lot of raking...

Slacking off :) And then we all had some fun!

Daddy decided to race Kurt to the leaves. It's a very small pile because it's mostly grass.

I love his face in this one - so happy to be leaf jumping!

Luke doesn't get quite as high in the air.

Branded

They've been officially branded as belonging to him. I wondered how long it would take him to ask me if he could do it (3 months).

Luke is determined to read his scriptures all by himself like Kurt does. Every verse goes:

"And it came to pass, it came to pass, Jesus Christ Amen."
